House Klasika policies 

Please kindly find our Cancellation Policy as follows**:

• Guest may cancel free of charge until 10 days before arrival. Full refund of prepayment will be returned to guest. The refund charges will be paid by the guest.
• Cancellations received less than 10 days prior to arrival date, will be subject to penalty equal to the cost of prepayment.
• In case of non-arrival, we reserve the right to charge the penalty equal to the cost of the entire stay confirmed.
• Guest departing before their booked check-out date will be charged for the remaining nights of the original reservation confirmation.
• For requests to change bookings (date change, number of people, room categories) prices and conditions applicable at the time of the request for change will apply.

**Please kindly note that the above cancellation policy is valid only for direct reservations.

For the benefit of all our guests, House Klasika holds a strict No-Smoking policy in the room. Smoking is allowed only on balcony. 

Guests will be held responsible for any repair or replacement required due to breakages, loss or damage. Rooms must be left in a presentable & clean condition. Cooking of any type of meals in the rooms is strictly forbidden.
